Sliding door left and right with window The presence of a sliding door on each side of the vehicle ensures greater flexibility when getting into and out of the vehicle. The sliding doors do not need much space to open, so the driver can even enter tighter parking spaces.

Tailgate The tailgate of your vehicle can be opened upwards to an angle of approx. 90°. This provides you with plenty room for loading and unloading. The large rear window also provides a good view towards the rear.

Double-wing rear door, 180 degrees, with window The wide-opening, double-wing rear door with asymmetric division facilitates loading and unloading of unwieldy items – a real plus, especially in awkward spaces such as low garages or narrow parking spaces.

Electric motor 90 kW The highly efficient electric motor delivering a maximum of 90 kW (122 hp) and torque of up to 245 Nm will impress you with its noticeable pulling power and pleasantly smooth running.

High-voltage battery (45 kWh) The high-voltage battery system with a capacity of 45 kWh offers plenty of range – without restricting the space in the vehicle. The lithium-ion cells are housed in the underbody to save space and provide effective protection.

Selection of recuperation levels Drive with foresight, make the most of your range: with the help of two drive programs and three recuperation levels, you determine during the journey by how much driving behaviour should be tuned to efficiency and how strongly your vehicle should decelerate when you take your foot off the accelerator pedal.

Automatic transmission for electric drive Feel the dynamic, stepless power transmission of the electric motor – without any manual shifting. The automatic transmission is specially adapted to range-saving driving and the efficient recuperation levels.

Pre-entry climate control Thanks to pre-entry climate control, a pleasant interior temperature awaits you before you start your journey. AC charging 22 kW / DC charging 75 kW Thanks to a maximum DC charging capacity of 75 kW_[3] and an AC charging capacity of up to 22 kW, you can enjoy great flexibility when charging your high-voltage battery: using the CCS vehicle socket (Combo 2), you can charge your Mercedes both at wallboxes and charging stations with AC charging systems as well as at DC rapid charging stations.

AC charging 11 kW With the AC charging system, you can charge your vehicle quickly and easily at up to 11 kW (3-phase). This enables charging at wallboxes, a variety of public charging stations and household sockets. The charging socket is located behind the Mercedes star in the centre of the radiator grille.

Mercedes-Benz Wallbox Home The wallbox_[4]_[5] with a charging capacity of up to 22 kW_[6] charges the battery of the eCitan around 4 times faster than would be possible at a household socket. It is compatible with all electric vehicles with a type 2 connection.

Active Safety package The Active Safety Package_[7] includes 4 assistance systems which can relieve the strain on you and make driving safer. These are Active Brake Assist, Blind Spot Assist, Active Lane Keeping Assist and Speed Limit Assist, as well as Traffic Sign Assist in conjunction with the Navigation package.

Active Brake Assist Active Brake Assist_[7] can help you to avoid accidents, for example with vehicles in front and with crossing vehicles and also pedestrians, or to minimise the consequences of such accidents. This can increase both your own safety and that of other road users.

Blind Spot Assist With Blind Spot Assist,_[7] you'll enjoy safer driving, especially when changing lanes. It uses radar technology to monitor the area which is not covered by your outside mirrors. By means of visual and audible warnings, it can warn you of a potential side impact with other road users.

Active Lane Keeping Assist Lane Keeping Assist_[7] can help prevent accidents due to unintentionally leaving the lane the vehicle is travelling in. If the system detects that the vehicle has drifted out of its lane unintentionally, it warns the driver by means of a pulsating vibration of the steering wheel. This prompts the driver to return to the correct lane.

Speed Limit Assist Speed Limit Assist_[7] makes it easier for you to comply with speed limits. Wherever possible, the system shows what is permitted: it uses the camera to detect the current speed limit and displays it in the instrument cluster.

Traffic Sign Assist Traffic Sign Assist_[7] makes it easier for you to observe speed limits and other signposted instructions. This increases safety.
Optional equipment.

Highbeam Assist Highbeam Assist_[7] automatically switches the main beam on and off according to the traffic situation and thereby relieves the driver of having to manually switch back and forth between the main beam and the dipped beam. The system is controlled by a camera behind the windscreen that permanently records the traffic situation in front of the vehicle.
Optional equipment.

Crosswind Assist Crosswind Assist_[7] can detect track offset caused by strong crosswind gusts in good time and help the driver to stay in lane. A sudden track offset of the vehicle can cause inappropriate steering reactions on the part of the driver.

ATTENTION ASSIST ATTENTION ASSIST_[7] can warn the driver of fatigue and microsleep in due time. The system can contribute to road safety, especially on night-time drives and long routes. ATTENTION ASSIST is displayed in the instrument cluster between rev counter and speedometer.

Hill Start Assist Hill Start Assist_[7] can make hill starts easier by temporarily preventing the vehicle from rolling backwards.

Anti-theft alarm system The anti-theft alarm system (ATA) offers high anti-theft protection for vehicle and cargo. The anti-theft alarm system is armed automatically when the central locking is activated remotely. Once activated, the alarm will sound as soon as one of the doors is either opened or unlocked from the inside. Optional equipment.

Tyre pressure loss warning system front and rear, wireless The tyre pressure loss warning system in your vehicle can help increase driving safety and reduce tyre wear and fuel consumption.

Mercedes-Benz emergency call system The Mercedes-Benz emergency call system can ensure crucial time savings in an emergency. Using a communication module with its own SIM card, an automatic emergency call is initiated following an accident, thereby potentially reducing the time before the emergency services arrive at the scene. Alternatively, an emergency call can be triggered manually to organise assistance.

7 airbags The eCitan Tourer has seven airbags as standard: front airbags for the driver and front passenger, thorax side bags, centre airbag and window bags.

KEYLESS-GO Thanks to KEYLESS-GO, your vehicle key can stay in your pocket. Your vehicle recognises you as the owner using the stored access and drive authorisation and unlocks it as you approach or when you press the button on the door handle – without the need to have the key in your hand.

Light Package The Light Package improves road safety at night or when visibility is poor. It also lends the exterior of your vehicle an even more attractive and striking appearance.

Parking Package It would be hard to make parking safer and more comfortable than this – the Parking Package combines the advantages of Active Parking Assist with the additional overview provided by a reversing camera.

Reversing camera The reversing camera assists you when parking and manoeuvring. It provides greater safety when reversing and can help you avoid parking and manoeuvring damage.

Hot-air duct to the passenger compartment The hot-air duct ensures that the passenger compartment can be brought quickly and comfortably up to the right temperature. The pipe runs underneath the front seats to the rear and channels the temperature-controlled air past the driver's/front passenger's seat into the passenger compartment.

Seat Comfort Package With this package, you and your passengers will enjoy an especially comfortable ride. The package comprises a host of equipment items, including seat heating and seat height adjustment for the driver and front passenger, as well as lumbar support for the driver's seat.

Seat heating for driver and front passenger A feeling of well-being, especially in the colder months: the seat heating warms cold seat surfaces rapidly to ensure you enjoy a pleasant seat temperature directly after getting into the vehicle.

Height-adjustable driver's seat with lumbar support The height-adjustable driver's seat with lumbar support enables you to adopt an ergonomic, back-friendly seating position. Besides fore/aft and inclination adjustment, you can now also set the seat height and lumbar support individually to suit your needs.

Cruise control Cruise control_[7] can relieve the strain on you by maintaining a pre-selected speed for your vehicle without the need for you to operate the accelerator pedal. Driving at a constant speed facilitates economical driving and can help you to save fuel.

Steering wheel heater Pleasant warmth all the way to the fingertips – a boon especially on cold days. The direct contact warms up the hands particularly quickly, which can increase comfort and safety when steering. In addition, spot heating can have a positive effect on the range compared with heating the air.
